GoboLinux

Today I came across another Linux distribution called GoboLinux. The first feature that jumped out at me was Gobo choose not to follow the traditional Unix directory tree. Gobo is using a much simplier structure. There is only one CD ISO to download to get the distro. They are using a LiveCD configuration. If you like Gobo you can then use the installer program to install the distro to your hard-drive.

Linux.com has a good write up on Gobo entitled 'Introducing GoboLinux 012' by Rui Lopes. The article highlights the directory structure and the package system of Gobo. After reading the article I am vary interesting in giving Gobo a spin.
